Confirm OpenHuman opened, and award the download reward

Called by the desktop app on launch with the per-entry download token it received in the openhuman://waitlist?token=... deep link. This is the ONLY place the download points are granted — neither the click nor the tracked redirect awards anything.

Authenticated by that token rather than the browser session: the app never sees x-waitlist-token. The token is per-entry, so it can only ever award its own entry.

Idempotent — an app that pings on every launch, or retries a failed request, is paid exactly once. awarded is true only on the call that actually granted the points; every later call returns false with the task already awarded.
