Get Bitable State Summary

Per-column cell-state breakdown + actionable blockers.

Single source of truth for "how's the pipeline doing?" — consumed by the bitable skill's status subcommand, the chat-side digest in chat_reply_processor (which builds a [SYSTEM] hint from this so the agent answers status questions from data), and the frontend's blockers banner. The bitable_blocker_notifier worker drives off the same projection so a chat ping and an agent reply describe the same reality.

Visibility follows the same rules as GET /api/bitables/{id}.
