Export Bitable

Export the table's rows as xlsx or pdf. Phase 1 is plain format export — every column type renders to a string per bitable_export._cell_to_str and the file comes back as a binary download. Phase 2 (LLM-enhanced export) will add an opt-in query flag; not implemented yet.

Read-only (conversation visibility + agent visibility as usual).
