Move Agent To Team

Attach an agent to the current user's team.

Closes the gap where an agent created before its owner joined a team has agent.team_id IS NULL and gets routed to the personal wallet by the gateway. Creator-only — team mates who can PATCH the agent normally cannot reassign team_id (mirrors agent_transfer.py creator-only access). Idempotent: re-running with the agent already on the user's team is a no-op success.
