My Account Delete Preflight

Report what deleting your own account would do, before you confirm.

TOS-4278. The confirm dialog used to assert that deletion removed "your thinqOS account, agents, and data" while the handler only called Clerk's user.delete(), so none of the thinqOS side was touched. This endpoint exists so the UI can state the real consequences instead of a promise nothing kept, and so a user who is blocked learns WHY before losing their Clerk account to a delete that could never finish.
