Delete your own account: thinqOS data first, then the Clerk user.

TOS-4278. Ordering is the whole point. The frontend previously called Clerk's user.delete() directly, which destroyed the credential and left every thinqOS row orphaned with no session able to reach it afterwards. delete_person_identity purges the thinqOS side and deletes the Clerk user as its LAST step, so a failure anywhere leaves the account still usable and the delete retryable, rather than half-done and unrecoverable.
