List documents: personal + all folders the caller belongs to.

Pass deleted=true to list the recycle-bin contents instead of live documents (TOS-1488), matching GET /api/skills?deleted=true.

Keyset-paginated, newest first (TOS-3280): a caller's whole set of documents used to come back in one unbounded response. 400 on a malformed cursor.
