Bulk Delete Documents

Soft-delete (recycle bin) one or more documents (TOS-1488).

Personal docs (library_id IS NULL): only the owner may delete (enforced by _load_authorized_docs's visibility filter). Shared docs: caller needs edit+ on the doc's folder. Segments stay attached until purge.
