Get Custom Agent By Slug

Resolve a published assistant's slug for a signed-in caller.

Declared above /{custom_agent_id} so "by_slug" is not mistaken for an assistant id.

Lands on the assistant itself when the caller can already see it — that is the row carrying the prompt, the publication links and the rights the client renders edit affordances from. Every other caller lands on the live copy, exactly what /preview/agent/custom/by_slug/{slug_id} serves them, and an unknown slug or an assistant with nothing live is a 404 either way.

Where a ta_custom_agent row sits in the publication flow.

An assistant is ORIGINAL and stays editable for its whole life. Publishing freezes a copy of it as PENDING; approving that copy makes it POSTED and retires whichever copy was POSTED before. An assistant can therefore have a live copy and a copy under review at the same time — which is the point, since otherwise submitting an update would mean taking the live one down.
