Add, update or remove one person, funding round, relationship, approach block or open problem

kind: person (matched by name) | funding (round name + year) | relationship (counterparty name) | approach (technical-approach block, by title) | problem (open problem, by title), case-insensitive. A match is updated, otherwise added; remove: true deletes the match (404 when none). Stamps checkedAt.
