List Templates

List voice agent templates, optionally filtered by company_id.

Never raises — Supabase errors are logged and turned into an empty result set so the admin UI always gets a CORS-compliant 200. This route is part of the agency-context load (Places / Overview / Templates tabs all fire at once via Promise.all), so a single 500 here would wipe out every tab for that agency.

We also try a couple of alternative column names for ordering so the query survives environments where voice_agent_templates was provisioned with a different timestamp column than the one we expect — same defensive pattern as the custom_menu_link fallback.
