Regenerate Agency Custom Menu Link

Refresh the agency's manual GHL custom menu setup instructions.

The launch URL is deterministic from the company id, so refresh does not rotate the URL itself and does not call GHL custom menu APIs. It only re-stamps the local manual setup metadata so operators can copy the current instructions and track when they refreshed them.
