Run Call Completed Recovery

Validate or replay an exact, historical Retell call-completed cohort.

The endpoint is admin-session protected, dry-run by default, capped at 25 calls, and requires an explicit acknowledgement before any GHL workflows can run. The replay implementation also re-fetches each Retell call and validates tenant ownership before dispatch.
