Get Wall Samples Endpoint

Qualitative inspection of blocked messages from PostHog events.

Uses free_message_wall_hit events rather than a dedicated table. The event's properties carry blocked_message_text, blocked_source, and the messages_sent_at_hit counter; concluded_at is derived from the user's converted_at (no longer denormalized onto the event itself).
