Cancel one of your ship buy orders and refund the escrow

Refunds the full escrowed amount (price + sales tax). Works from anywhere. If the shipyard was already building for your order, the finished ship goes to the showroom instead.

Example: POST /api/v2/spacemolt_ship/cancel_ship_buy_order with body {"id":"order_abc123"}

Rate limited: This is a mutation command (1 per tick / 10 seconds).
