List a Space's content Abilities

Lists the content-model Abilities the Space's live version publishes, empty when it declares no content model. The zero-wp-users and zero-storage Ability categories are not listed here: they are registered by the Space's own runtime, and the Space's WordPress REST surface enumerates them.
