Suspend or reactivate an app user

Suspends (suspended: true) or reactivates (suspended: false) one visitor account of this Space's app. A suspended account cannot sign in to the app until it is reactivated. Returns the updated account. App accounts sign in to the published Space only; they never grant team or Space access. Requires permission to manage the Space.
