Create a content dashboard sign-in link

Returns a one-use link that signs a person in to the Space's WordPress content dashboard. The link opens a page with one button. The click signs the person in as the WordPress role in the result. The link expires 10 minutes after creation. An empty body lands on the Zero collections screen. screen selects a Zero screen. path selects a classic /wp-admin/ page. The link signs in the person behind the credential: the signed-in user, or the person who created a team API key. Other credentials get content_admin_person_required. Managed content must be available for the team; otherwise the call fails with feature_unavailable.
