Read app sign-in settings

Returns whether visitors can create accounts and sign in to this Space's app, and which sign-in methods are on (email code, Google, WordPress.com/Gravatar, Spacefast). Also returns settingsDigest for the next update and the Google redirect URI for a direct Google client. Never returns the Google client secret. App accounts sign in to the published Space only; they never grant team or Space access. Requires permission to manage the Space.
