Get Usage Timeseries

Daily aggregates from usage_events for the consumption chart.

Buckets by calendar date in the requested IANA timezone (DST-aware via Mongo's $dateToString timezone arg). Returns exactly days points, zero-filling any date with no events. p95 latency is computed via Mongo's t-digest $percentile aggregator.
