Exact per-day CDN egress + storage (GB) for the org, last days days.

Billing-grade history from cdn_usage_daily (task 916) — zero-filled, oldest→newest. Pass project_id to scope to one project. Both dimensions are returned: bandwidth (metered/pay-as-you-go) and storage (snapshot).
