No role reads another member's entries (O13): there is no firm view, and a scope or timekeeper an older caller still sends is not read, so the answer is the caller's own list. Ordered by (updated_at, id); since continues from a next_cursor. Each row carries its delivery where the firm has a connector and the ledger holds one for that entry (D-163).
