Delete an own DRAFT; a released entry is never deleted

Only the entry's author may delete it, and only while it is a draft: a released entry belongs to the firm and is a 409 (D-56), and so is a draft whose release is with the practice system at that moment, or for which the practice system holds or may hold a line from a release that did not finish (409 on connector.pending: releasing the entry settles it). An entry this caller does not own, or cannot see, is a 404 whether or not it exists. Idempotent: a draft this caller already deleted answers 204 again, so a request retried after a lost answer is not an error. From the delete the entry is in no read: not the list, not GET /v1/entries/{id}, not its day, and PATCH, release, split and merge answer 404 for it. The delete writes the row only: the intervals under it stay, and a new entry over the same time shows them again (D-216). A device that posts the deleted id again, or a new id whose block lies wholly inside the deleted one, is answered unchanged and nothing is written.
