entries

One entry by id, with the same reach the list has

The author's own row, draft or released, whatever their role; no role reads another member's entry (O13). Anything else is a blank 404, as on every other per-entry route: the difference between an entry this firm does not have and one this caller may not see is a difference these routes do not draw. It answers the row and the row only, attributes included: an entry owns no evidence, and the intervals it covers are read with its day (GET /v1/days/{day}). The daemon reads this before it proposes the words of a split or a merge, for the matter, the time zone and the block.
