Set a firm's narrative instructions (operators only)
The firm's narrative instructions, tenants.settings.narrative.guidance: rendered last in the narrative request, with standing over every default (R-1). At most 1,500 characters, no control character but a newline; empty is none. Replaces the text whole; the firm's other narrative settings are kept.
