Matter learning's shadow comparison, per member (operators only)

Over from to to (UTC dates, inclusive; the last 30 days where absent), per member: the intervals with a shadow row and how many each kind of run decided (decided_by), how many a learned term lifted, and, over the intervals under a released entry of the person (scored), how often its matter was first and in the first 20 of the word order without learned terms (baseline) and with them (learned), how often the matter call charged it (picked_right), and in how many lifted intervals learning ranked it higher (helped) or lower (hurt). lifts lists each lifted matter with how often it was the final matter. Matter ids and counts only.
