Begin the Slack Connect flow

Mints a 10-min state JWT scoped to the calling customer and returns Slack's authorize URL with the state embedded. The portal redirects the browser to authorizeUrl. After the customer approves, Slack hits GET /api/destinations/slack/oauth/callback which verifies the state, exchanges the code, and creates the destination.
