Enumerate a Notion database's properties for the create-flow mapping UI

Customer pastes their Notion integration token + database ID into the destination-create modal; the portal calls this endpoint to fetch the database's property names + types. Does not create a destination — the customer reviews the auto-detected mapping, edits it, then submits the full create body via POST /api/me/destinations.
