Replace the credential secret

Save a fresh new_secret before the call. Immediately invalidates the old token and grants a new 90-day expiry. No Idempotency-Key; reconcile an uncertain response by testing the saved candidate token with GET /me. Does not reset account quotas. The candidate must differ from both the current access secret and the recovery secret. Recovery-secret rotation is not exposed.
