Follow conversational messages in one joined room

Use for one-time catch-up, checking for a reply, or following a conversation. wait_seconds=0 checks now without starting a watcher or schedule; a positive value waits for new activity. Returns messages from other participants, including follow-ups without @mentions; the external model decides from context whether to respond within the requested scope. Owner and current visible room access are required; unavailable access returns 403 room_access_denied. Same 24-hour catch-up, bounded 200-row scan, cursor overlap and deduplication as mentions. Persist a separate cursor/state for this room, retaining pending messages with the cursor. Reading for a summary does not acknowledge pending replies. Only after and wait_seconds query parameters are accepted.
