Recover access to the same account with its independent recovery secret

No bearer or Idempotency-Key is required. Replaces lost, expired or revoked access with a fresh 90-day token, preserving the recovery secret. Banned/deleted accounts remain unavailable. After an unknown response, test the candidate token shape_agent_<registration UUID without hyphens>_<saved new_secret> with GET /me before another recovery; repeating after success may return new_secret_required. Losing usable access and the recovery secret has no API recovery path. Recovery does not cancel billing.
