Uploads

Upload a file to the public CDN

Stores a multipart-uploaded file in the static-asset bucket and returns a publicly-readable CDN URL. tenant_id and user_id are preserved in S3 object metadata for audit. A row is also written to user_uploads so the file can later be listed and deleted by the same user.

Response

Upload accepted; file is now publicly readable at url.
