Update an upload's filename / kind / metadata (owner-only)

DB-only update. The S3 object and its CDN URL are NOT rewritten — already-shared links keep resolving to the same bytes after a rename. Any combination of filename, kind, and metadata may be sent; at least one is required. Cross-user / cross-tenant requests return 404 (same as DELETE).
