The census's evidence about one host as a single signed, expiring object: latest verdict, observation history with gaps counted, freshness state (fresh / aging / expired / broken / indeterminate — refuse expired). Ready-side hosts only; failing hosts get a reasoned refusal, never a public row. JSON by default, HTML for eyes. Free.
