The MCP ward

The second ward: a walk of the official MCP registry kept as its own population, with its own denominators and NO total shared with the x402 side — adding the two gives a number that is about nothing. It counts registrations and does not knock: no session is opened and no MCP verdict is issued, because this store has no MCP battery to cite and will not invent one. Rows and hosts are separate figures, since a registration can be an npm or stdio server with no network address. Mortality is recorded only from a pass that ran to the registry's own end of cursor; a truncated pass records its hosts and refuses every disappearance. Free.
