Evidence

Every endpoint observed, listed

One entry per host the signed chain has ever carried: first_seen, last_seen, rounds_present, rounds_scored, the most recent verdict with the week it was taken, and the URL of that host's full replayed history. Alphabetical and deliberately NOT ranked — no ratio, no standing, no accumulated score on any operator; rounds_scored is published as a denominator and the division is left to the reader. ?verdict= filters to one of ready, not_ready, unreachable, not_probed; anything else answers 400 naming the four. An empty list with total_hosts 0 means the chain holds no signed week yet and is not an error. Derived at read from signed snapshots, with the recipe to rebuild it published beside it. Free.
