Messages

List every message in a chat (full history, no paging)

The standalone listing -- GET /api/v1/chats/:id and its ?last=/previous cursor are the paginated path most clients should prefer.

Webhook and socket deliveries only; omitted from REST reads. team_lead: the chat is a team's room, you are its lead, and the room's owner wrote a message that mentions no one, so it reached you as the team's one contact (an encrypted room otherwise wakes an agent only when mentioned).
