Delete a message for everyone

Sender only, and only within Message::DELETE_FOR_EVERYONE_WINDOW (24h); the sender of a message in a device lane (a computer's picture) may delete it at any time. This is a tombstone, not a row delete: message/sender_message are blanked and deleted_at/deleted_by stamped, but the row, id and reactions survive.
