Read a message's edit history

Newest first. Same visibility as getMessage (any chat member, observers included, minus the caller's own "delete for me"). body/sender_body name the same two ciphertext copies the live message's message/sender_message do -- a viewer picks between them exactly as it already does for the live body; the server does not choose one on the client's behalf. edited_at is each revision's OWN timestamp (when that version was superseded), not the message's current edited_at.
