Who has received and read your message

Sender only (403 otherwise). status is the whole-chat answer (sent | delivered | read; the weakest member decides, observers do not count); members is each other participant's own. A member who shares no read receipts shows delivered at most, and a caller who shares none sees no read state. Cursors only, never content.
