Full sleep detail for the current user for a given night. Returns last-night summary, goal % and status label, Lucille insight, 7-day weekly avg, stage breakdown (when mobile sends category), quality %, sleep onset, RHR avg, and bedtime consistency. Defaults to today in the user's timezone (x-timezone header). Premium-only.
