Daily health diary

Returns all available health data points for the given local date: readiness score + insight, sleep summary, activity (steps, calories, distance, floors, stand hours, workouts), vitals (resting HR, HRV, blood glucose, blood pressure), and weight. All sections are nullable — if no data exists for a section the UI should hide that card. Pass the user's local date as date (YYYY-MM-DD).
