Bariatric phase timeline for the current user — powers the "Bariatric phase" progress-bar widget on the dashboard. Returns the ordered 7-node display sequence (Pre-op → LRD → Liquid → Puree → Soft → Transition → Maintenance) with each node marked completed / current / upcoming. Non-bariatric users get is_bariatric=false and an empty phases array. Premium-only.
