Paginated history for a single health metric. Supported types: blood_pressure, rhr, heart_rate, hrv, glucose, steps, weight, body_fat, bmi. blood_pressure returns systolic/diastolic pairs. steps returns daily totals. All others return individual readings. Results ordered newest-first. Premium-only.
