List the assets a question template can link to

Every certification, company document type and audit type as { id, name, type }: document types answer under COMPANY_DOCUMENT, audit types under AUDIT, and certifications under their own type. Without type, CERTIFICATE certifications are left out; type narrows the list to one type, and the types with no backing table (CERTIFICATEGROUP, FILE, COMPANY_TABLE, COMPANY_ESG_TABLE) answer an empty list. Ordered by name. Answers the { data, metadata } envelope; legacy sent the bare array.
