Fetch Qualifier for a given qualifier_id and service

When we search for a place via a qualifier, our JS Client has the qualifier_id but needs to know the qualifier as well. This API call will look up the PlaceQualifier by id in the Service and return a qualifier object, if possible.

Path parameters

svc_idstring required

Service ID. When used with an Area, a Service name (like "waste") can be used.

qualifier_idstring required

Qualifier ID is the UUID for a given place qualifier within ReCollect
