Fetch Service details for a given place and service

When you want to find out how a Place and a Service relate. This API call will look up the Place in the Service and return a service object, if possible.

If possible, pass svc_id as an integer representing the Service ID. If you don't know the Service ID, then use the Service Name - eg: waste.

Place ID is the UUID for a given place within ReCollect

svc_idstring required

Service ID. When used with an Area, a Service name (like "waste") can be used.

If true, other services that are also valid for the given Place will be returned in the <code>related_services</code> response field.
