Lookup an address to find a Place object
You can lookup a particular address to get a place_id which can be used in subsequent ReCollect API requests to find schedule information or create a reminder.
The exact lookup method for your organization's data may differ depending on the type of data in the ReCollect system. For instance some organizations just have geographic polygons - in this case, a latitude & longitude is necessary along with the address information, in order to accurately place that address in the geographic polygons. In other cases, your organization may be supplying ReCollect with detailed parcel data for every address served by your municipality. In this case, you should lookup the address using the address suggest API.
