Serve Onboarding V2

Auth-gated streaming of the V2 full walkthrough.

Returns the file only for authenticated users with starter_purchased=True. Unauth → 303 login (via NotAuthenticatedError handler). Authed-but-unpaid → 403 (NOT a redirect — this endpoint is called from the <video> tag and a 303 would cause the player to load the login HTML as MP4 bytes; 403 fails the media element cleanly).
