Abort Multipart Upload Target
Changed onDiscard an abandoned upload's parts.
Always answers 204. The bucket's abort_incomplete_multipart_upload lifecycle rule is the correctness backstop, so a failed abort costs a day of storage rather than anything a client could act on -- and this is called from a client that is already cancelling, where an error would only produce a toast about work nobody is waiting for.
